Standard T & GT Platen Jackets are made from stainless steel 0.90mm thick and have a top end bend which locates the jacket whilst double sided tape hold it in position.
Snap-on jackets have a top end and bottom end angle whic allows the jacket to "Snap-on" without the use of double sided tape.
